Right of withdrawal

Welcome to the section dedicated to the Right of Withdrawal.

If you have made a purchase on our website as a consumer residing in the European Union, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason, in accordance with applicable law.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service team (by clicking the WhatsApp chat button or emailing us at: info@ilnumerodiez.it) and provide:

  • First and last name
  • Order number
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • An explicit statement of your intention to withdraw from the purchase
  • The reason for requesting withdrawal

Once we have received your request, we will provide all the instructions you need to return the product.

Returning products

After notifying us of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received:

  • Unused, except as necessary to check its nature and characteristics;
  • Including any accessories;
  • Properly packaged for transport.

The customer is responsible for shipping the return correctly.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will issue a refund of the amount due using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment network used.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

Under applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalized at the customer's request.

For example:

  • Shirts personalized with a name and/or number;
  • Products made according to the customer's specific requirements;
  • Items modified or personalized after the order.

Withdrawal cannot be requested for these products, except in the case of:

  • Defective product;
  • Manufacturing error;
  • Item not as ordered;
  • Damage that occurred during transport.
